  • Career Development Coach

    —Fairfax, Falls Church, Herndon and Alexandria

    Help adult students work toward career success! Career Development Coaches are needed to work as a part of a team of volunteers teaching job search strategy topics including goal-setting, resume writing and interview techniques.

  • Computer Refurbishment Tech

    —Alexandria

    Help our teach team refurbish donated computers to provide each student with a home computer system. Use and develop your skills to impact the lives of low-income adult students and their families who might not have had previous computer access.

  • Computer Training Instructor

    Seeking an instructor to be part of a team of volunteers working with a group of 12 adult students learning computer and job-search skills to equip them for better jobs. The computer instructor is responsible for teaching Windows XP, Internet, and Microsoft Office 2007.

  • Keyboarding Instructor (Evenings)

    Be part of a team of volunteers teaching computer and job search skills to a class of 12 adults. Students learn fundamental keyboarding skills and achieve a typing speed of 25 wpm.
