Digital Navigators

What we do?

A Digital Navigator is a trusted guide — a neighbor trained by Computer CORE — who sits down with you one-on-one, in a library, a community space, or over the phone. There’s no cost, no judgment, and no wrong place to start. Wherever you are with technology, a Navigator meets you there and helps you take the next step.

Who are we?

Our Digital Navigators come from the same community they serve. Many begin as Computer CORE students, train each week on the help desk, and grow into interns and staff — a pathway from learning a skill to building a career. Staff, student interns, and volunteers all take a turn as Navigators. What they share is patience and the belief that no question is too small.

How to ask?

All our Digital Navigators are willing to help the community at our various locations. These locations shift, which is why they are posted on the link below. Once, you arrive you can introduce yourself and we will try to match you with the appropiate team member. They don’t just fix the problem in front of you — they help you understand it, so the next time feels a little easier.
