A Digital Navigator is a trusted guide — a neighbor trained by Computer CORE — who sits down with you one-on-one, in a library, a community space, or over the phone.

There’s no cost, no judgment, and no wrong place to start. Wherever you are with technology, a Digital Navigator is here to help you take the next step.

Who We Are

Our Digital Navigators come from the same communities they serve. Many begin as Computer CORE students, train each week on the HelpDesk, and grow into interns and staff — a pathway from learning a skill to building a career. Staff, student interns, and volunteers all take turns as Digital Navigators. What they share is patience and the belief that no question is too small.
