HelpDesk
We have tons of resources to help our community

Computer CORE’s own staff members and student interns manage our HelpDesk. This is a free hotline and dedicated email address for the program. Our adult students use this HelpDesk line to ask questions about our free online classes. CORE uses SpiceWorks to manage the ticketing system, so that our own students can learn help desk skills while helping others. Please rember to be kind and patient with our staff who are taking the time to help with your questions!
Submit a request through the portal button on the right, or leave a phone message, or send an email and our team will respond back within 12-24 hours during weekdays!*

This free service is provided by Computer CORE, a 26-year old nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide for adult learners, especially to increase their earning power. Started with funding from the City of Alexandria, the HelpDesk is now operated directly by Computer CORE which competes for funding from government, corporation and foundation grants and appreciates donations from small businesses and individuals.
