Over the phone, our Digital Navigators can guide you in finding the answers to computer issues, while learning in the process. For those desiring more in-depth lessons, CORE offers free online classes.

This free service is provided by Computer CORE, a 25-year old nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide for adult learners, especially to increase their earning power. Started with funding from the City of Alexandria, the HelpDesk is now operated directly by Computer CORE which competes for funding from government, corporation and foundation grants and appreciates donations from small businesses and individuals. .
