Computer CORE announces a new free Digital Access Help Desk staffed by trained digital navigators. Inquiries are emailed to the Help Desk and responses are sent back within 12 to 24 hours. Response time varies due to volume and amount of research needed for each request. Further follow-up assistance is available by email or phone.
